Wire Crochet Jewelry

It may be called bead crochet jewelry, crochet jewelry, crochet wire beaded jewelry, wire crochet jewelry, beaded crochet jewelry, crochet wire jewelry, or whatever, but with these crochet jewelry patterns,you can make all types.

Wire crochet jewelry is so much fun to make. The first thing to think about is color. The wire comes in lots of "cool" colors and, of course, you can use any type of bead imaginable. You need to decide if you want your colors to contrast of if you want your bracelet to be monochromatic. As you can see, the crystal and black wire crochet jewelry looks really good, but the brown on brown looks just as good. If you're not good with color, you can use crystal with any color of wire and it looks great.

I usually use Swarovski crystal beads which you can see in both examples, but you can use anything from plastic to natural gemstones, depending on how much money you want to spend. I think 6mm beads look the best. I have used smaller ones, but I don't like them as well in this design. You actually see more wire and less bead that way. That would be a matter of taste, though. Also, it depends on the colors you use. Some colors look better with more wire and some with less. What you have to do is get creative and see what you like best!!

This bracelet is a simple single crochet. You need 14 beads for each row. You can make one row or up to 5 or 6 rows, depending on how wide you want it. I like three rows the most. Directions For bead crochet Jewelry
Depending on how many rows you are making, string the beads onto the wire. With a size "H" hook, cast on 30 stitches. Chain 32. Single crochet in second chain from hook. Pull bead through and single crochet in next chain. Repeat across.
